Here are a few resources that I have found that may be of some benefit to someone.
How many of you use Amazon? I enjoy online shopping and spend a lot of time using Amazon because it is kind of a one stop shop for me. You know in one of my posts I talked about rewards programs and one of those was Hilton. Hilton has a partnership with Amazon and I can use my reward points from Hilton to purchase anything I want from Amazon. Just a FYI. Amazon offers a lot of programs for just about anyone including children. I have briefly listed some of those and even provided you with a link to the free trials they have. If you want to “test drive” them, simply click on the link and start the free trial. If you do not want to continue it, just cancel it.

Prime is just $5.99/month for qualifying customers in select U.S. government assistance programs such as holders of the EBT card. – Enjoy the benefits of Prime at almost 50% off the regular monthly price. Just because someone is receiving government assistance, does not mean they cannot order off line or receive benefits like this.
Amazon FreeTime Unlimited Free Trial
If you have children, we all know many of them are into electronics, video games, apps, etc. Not sure if you have heard of Amazon Freetime. The trial includes unlimited access to more than 16,000 kid-friendly books, videos and apps as well as parental controls to help create a unique experience for each child. Even if you do not keep it, at least let your child try it out.
Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial
If you have never tried Amazon Prime, it would be good to at least try the free trial. You can instantly watch thousands of movies and TV episodes * Borrow Kindle books * Get unlimited FREE two-day shipping (no minimum order size). If you know you will be ordering soon, at least try it out to get the free two-day shipping. Be aware that after the trial, the cost has a membership fee of $99 unless you meet other criteria such as that of a student or receive government assistance.
Do you have a college student? The great thing about their trial is that it is a 6 month trial. It has the same benefits as the regular prime and even some additional benefits. The membership program offers special benefits to college students including: * Unlimited FREE Two-Day Shipping (with no minimum order size) * Exclusive deals and promotions for college students
Create an Amazon Wedding Registry
I know their were a lot of engagements over the holidays. When is the wedding? I can recall creating wedding registries years ago and local places and some of the well known spots like Wal-Mart, Target, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, etc. Now with the ever changing society and the availability of online shopping, you can not create a wedding registry on Amazon. I think this is good because of the variety of items available. You can select just about anything!!
Shop Amazon - Create an Amazon Baby Registry
Now we have talked about the wedding registry, lets not forget about our Moms-to-Be. Creating a baby registry on Amazon is also great. It allows access to millions of items.
Thanks for Reading. I hope these resources on “Tidbit Thursday” helps someone!
