This has been a great week. To top it off a friend of mine sent me a picture of her and it truly motivated me. She had changed her eating habits and I was amazed at her progress.
My biggest thing in this journey is that I gave up sweet tea and soda. Everyone that knows me knows I have a “slight” addiction to sweet tea. 😩This week has been great and I am proud that I have met my daily goals every day. My Apple watch truly keeps me motivated and sharing my progress with others hold me accountable. We all need accountability partners. My fitness accountability partners are great!!
Quick Share:Today for I cooked fish in my air fryer. If you don’t have one you should truly invest in one. I had purchased just some frozen fish filets from Wal-Mart. I put a couple in the air fryer straight from the pack (no thawing) and cooked it for about 20 minutes. Midway I sprinkled a little Mrs. Dash on it. It was delicious!!! Turned out golden brown and crisp and tasted amazing. The great thing about the air fryer is no grease needed. #HealthyLiving. Share any ideas you have with me. I will gladly share on my blog!!!
