There is absolutely nothing wrong with celebrating!! Often times people mistake a celebration as someone being cocky, but it’s not about being cocky, it’s about celebrating the hard work you put in. Those that are prideful and are genuine about their celebrations usually celebrate and then get back to work on the next journey to success. What bothers me is when others fail to celebrate others.

I see this too often. I personally love to see others do well and will be the first to congratulate them. I love to see people achieve their goals. Whether it’s a higher degree, a new car, a new house, or an award or accolade, I want to cheer them on. I encourage people not to get distracted or down worrying about those that will not cheer you on or congratulate you. Those are the ones that should make you strive to continue to excel. The other thing to do is to celebrate your own success. Don’t depend on others to say good job or congratulations. Wear your success with pride!!!
